Free re-run on typos
Mistyped a plate or VIN, or the register returned no vehicle data? We run it again at no charge.
Most reports arrive within 2 minutes
If yours has not arrived within 15 minutes, we refund in full.
No certificate, full refund
If we cannot deliver the official PPSR certificate, you pay nothing.
One-off price, no subscription
Pay once. No trials, no renewals, nothing pre-ticked.
How it works in practice
- Mistyped plate or VIN, or the register returned no vehicle data: reply to your report email with the correct details and we run it again at no charge.
- No certificate delivered: if we cannot obtain the official PPSR certificate for the vehicle you entered, we refund the full amount to the card you paid with, usually within one business day.
- Late report: most reports arrive within two minutes. If yours has not arrived within 15 minutes of payment, email us and we refund in full. The PPSR goes offline for maintenance on Wednesday nights, 9pm to midnight Canberra time; orders placed then are delivered by 7am and the 15-minute promise restarts at 6am.
- Clean result: a certificate that shows no finance, no stolen record and no write-off is the result you paid to find out. It is not refundable on that basis.
- Wrong car confirmed: you see the make, model and year before you pay. If you confirmed the wrong vehicle, the $2.00 government fee has been spent, but we will run the right one and only charge the difference. Email us.
