What is the refund policy?
Full refund if no certificate is delivered or if your report has not arrived within 15 minutes. Free re-run, rather than a refund, if you mistyped the plate or VIN or the register returned no vehicle data. A clean result is not a reason for a refund, because the search was completed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is processed by Stripe and we never see or store your card number.
Is there a subscription or ongoing charge?
No. Every purchase is a single one-off charge. There are no trials, memberships or auto-renewals, and nothing is pre-selected at checkout.
