Re-run after a typo: send the correct plate or VIN. No charge.
Refund: see refunds and guarantees.
Retrieve the certificate yourself: the search number on your report lets you fetch it free from the PPSR at any time.
Trade or fleet buyers: ask about a prepaid 10-report pack. No auto-renewal.
